As this is Michele´s first salon he put all his heart and creativity into this “home”.
Mirrors and shelves are handmade by him.
In fact it is not supposed to be a salon but a place where clients and friends feel at home. Ask for an espresso or sip a glass of wine in the afternoon on the vintage chesterfield sofa, while you wait for your haircut or beard trim.

Born in Naples, raised in Florence, Michele found his passion for hairdressing at a very young age.
He bought a one way ticket to London and knocked at the doors of Toni & Guy academy to learn what it really takes if you want to make it in the creative world. His strong vision and passion for his work and the clients has made him travel all around the world. From London to New York to Madrid to Florence, not only did he perfect his language skills, he learned what it takes to open a successful salon.. finally he settled in Vienna and opened More Inside Salon his first baby.
Who knows what´s next, considering his gypsy never resting soul.

Born and raised in Naples, Francesco our barber lives the southern theatricality in the salon and his clients love his energy.
Despite his young age, Francesco is an old school barber who puts his soul into work and is eager to make the young generation appreciate “the barber experience” again. “it´s about much more than JUST the haircut”

We are fortunate to have Paola in our salon as our colour technician. She is originally from Bari, Italy. Having worked in top salon in her hometown for years, she decided to take the next step in her career and move to Vienna. Her passion for hair colour led her to become a favourite among our customers. In Addition to colour, Paola is amazing at finishing hair and putting up hair for special occasions. When she is not at work, Paola enjoys spending time painting on canvas as a way to express herself and stay creative.

After spending 7 years in London working for Vidal Sassoon, the most recognizable brand in hair industry, Jan is joining our team as a stylist and educator. In he’s hands you can be sure to get most suitable haircut to hair texture, density and your face features. Not only he’s bringing fresh techniques and unique approach to hair straight from London, Jan is making sure that the whole team is up to date with their hair approach, skills and makes sure that the salon is a most welcoming place to all our guests. Out of salon hours you can find him going on adventures with he’s stylish vespa or playing bass guitar.

Massimo
Massimo is coming from a family of barbers from southern Italy. He’s dad together with brother started a local barber shop in Bari where Massimo learned he’s Kraft. He’s loving mixing the old school barbering with modern techniques in order to create the most suitable look for each individual. Strong technique and sharp eye makes him amazing addition to our team. After work Massimo loves to do sports and attend music gigs.
